Agashy is one of the cheapest meat dishes you can find here in Sudan. It is spiced grilled meat covered with breadcrumbs. Personally, I love how tasty and cheap it is, I prefer eating it in a sandwich rather than on its own simply because the special sauce they use goes very well with the meat.
