This is one of the best grills you will ever try, it is called mashakeek and you can find it on the road side all over Sohar. Mashakeek just means skewers, and it comes in all different flavours -chicken,meat and seafood-. My favourites are chicken and seafood. As for how much it costs, it is about 200 baisas (about 2 dirhams) per skewer. You also get to choose the sauce that the mashakeek gets dipped in -tamarind, chilli ans yogurt sauces-.
