The Nile street is one of the most famous streets here. People tend to come here for fresh air and stare at the water to get rid of their stress. The weather gets better by the end of July, that's when The Nile street gets busier and more active. The Nile street is considered the only symbol left from the British Khartoum. The trees in that street were planted by the Brits and the old street was also built by them, however, now the street has recently been extended giving the feel of an old and new look. The official buildings facing the Nile was also built by the Brits.
